What's your telephone number?
Please note, we are currently unable to take orders via the phone. We are working on this but for now, we only provide customer services support. The telephone number is 01803 520162 Please note: Normal telephone call charges will apply as this is not a freephone number.
What forms of payment are accepted on your shop?
We accept Paypal, Visa & Mastercard (subject to payment clearing) Please note, due to in-house security measures, we are unable to process any credit card orders where the shipping and billing addresses are different. All credit card orders have to be shipped to the registered credit card billing address.
Do you accept Paypal Credit?
Not currently but we are working with the Paypal Credit team to be able to offer this service soon.
How secure is it shopping with you? Is my data protected?
Can I use guest checkout here?
Yes, you can but if you want order history, wishlist and many other features you will need to create an account.

What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you have placed your order, we will process it the same day (if placed before 2:00 pm, Monday-Friday subject to payment clearing, or next working day if after 2:00 pm subject to payment clearing). Once your order has been processed, it will be picked and packed by our warehouse team and sent out to you first class post, or by courier for larger orders. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirming despatch. Any queries in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our orders team.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive one with your order. We will also send you an email notification. If you have clicked the "I want to be notified about any changes in the order via SMS" tick box within the checkout stage, you'll receive a text alert at key stages of your order being processed.
Will I see text messages when my order status changes?
Yes, you will. You just need to ensure you tick the "I want to be notified about any changes in the order via SMS" text box and enter a valid mobile number within the checkout when processing your order.
Will I be charged for this service?
No, not at all. This is an enhanced, optional service that is completely free of charge.
Do you have a newsletter I can sign up to?
We do indeed and signing up to our newsletter ensures not only will you be the first to hear about our new products we add to the site, but you'll also be first to see some fantastic gaming related deals. Please visit our newsletter signup page.
How can I update my newsletter preferences?
To update your preferences simply click on the "manage preferences" link which is at the bottom of our email newsletters.
My email address changed, how do I update this?
You can only change your email address if you have created an account. To edit your email address follow these steps:
- Click edit account
- Enter your new email address.
- Click "SAVE CHANGES"
- Your e-mail will be updated.
Can I track my order?
We use Royal Mail for orders which can be sent via Packet Post or large letter. Larger-sized orders will be shipped using one of our preferred couriers and you'll be allocated a unique tracking reference. You can view your orders within your account dashboard.
What are your delivery charges for your online shop?
There are no postage fees! FREE Delivery on all orders.
How long will delivery take?
All game orders before 2:00 pm, Monday-Friday are sent same day, first class Royal Mail post (subject to payment clearing). You should receive your order next day (Royal Mail claims over 93% of first-class items are delivered next day), although please note we cannot guarantee this. Some orders may take longer for Royal Mail to deliver. All console, toy and accessory orders before 2:00 pm and are also sent same day post using a variety of other courier companies (subject to payment clearing). In most cases, where tracking is available, you will be emailed with the details and a delivery schedule.
Which courier do you use?
We use a variety of professional courier services. We choose the right one for your order depending on size and weight, value, and speed of delivery. Rest assured, we will always pick the fastest and most reliable service for your order.
Remote areas incurring surcharge for large deliveries
A surcharge is applied when the delivery destination location is remote. Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code that's difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served. Unfortunately, due to distance and weight of certain parcels (mainly consoles/controllers/cameras and toys), we are unable to include the following areas within our 'Standard Delivery' rates. These items will incur an additional charge of £10 and we will do our very best to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible:

Public and Bank HolidaysPlease note that we are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays.
BFPO (British Armed Forces)We offer a FREE delivery service to BFPO addresses for all games. Consoles have a surcharge of £10.

International ShippingWith regret, we do not currently provide an international delivery service.
I would like to place a pre-order, do I need to pre-pay?
Yes. To guarantee your order, we require prepayment for all pre-orders. Simply place the pre-order in your basket and checkout as you would for a normal purchase. Your pre-order will then be processed and your launch day stock guaranteed.
Can I place a pre-order when I purchase another game?
Unfortunately, not. Because we process pre-orders slightly differently, all pre-orders need to be placed separately from any other order.
When will I get my pre-order?
All pre-orders will be given priority despatch as soon as stock becomes available. On most occasions, this will mean you get your game a day or two before the official release date. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee delivery for the day of release. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, on the odd rare occasion orders may not be received until after the official launch date.
I wish to cancel my pre-order. How do I cancel and will I get refunded?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order at any time up to the point of despatch. Simply contact us with your order number and we will be able to process an immediate cancellation and refund. If you contact us after the order has dispatched, you can still get a full refund by returning the unopened game to us.
Will I receive any email notifications closer to the pre-order’ release date?
In addition to our normal customer order communication emails, all pre-order purchases receive a couple of extra emails. The first is an email two days before the pre-order release date (so you can have bragging rights amongst your friends) and the second email will be sent when your pre-order is available.
Will I be able to see my pre-order within My Account?
Yes, but you will need to create an account.
