Please note we won’t accept a return without you contacting us first and getting a return authorisation number, which will need to be sent with the returned item.
As per the distance selling regulations, an unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. To arrange a return, select ‘Returns’ from drop down menu on the contact page, and then fill in your order number and the reason for return. We can then issue you a return authorisation number and send you return information. We will not process a return without the authorisation number. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item. We recommend using a recorded, trackable service whenever possible.
At Christmas, anything ordered after 1st November can be returned until the end of January. Please contact us for assistance.
If your item develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, please contact us to arrange repair, replacement or a refund. Please visit our contact page ensuring you select ‘Faulty’ from the drop-down menu along with details of the fault plus your order number. Should your order need to be returned, we will arrange collection or compensate for the postage costs. If your order develops a fault after 6 months, we may require an engineer’s report to prove that the fault existed at time of purchase. Any fault that we deem to be caused through misuse or general wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund. In most cases, if your order develops a fault after 6 months, the best option is to contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Damaged in transit
Hopefully your order will arrive in mint condition, but if not, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of delivery to notify us of any damage. Please visit our contact page ensuring you select ‘Returns’ from the drop-down menu, providing your order number and details of the damage.
Received wrong item / not as described
In the event of receiving the wrong item, or something you deem is not as described on the website, please inform us immediately. Mistakes are very rare but sadly do sometime occur and we will act quickly to rectify any mistake by arranging a replacement or full refund.
