Please note we won’t accept a return without you contacting us first and getting a return authorisation number, which will need to be sent with the returned item.



As per the distance selling regulations, an unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. To arrange a return, select ‘Returns’ from drop down menu on the contact page, and then fill in your order number and the reason for return. We can then issue you a return authorisation number and send you return information. We will not process a return without the authorisation number. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item. We recommend using a recorded, trackable service whenever possible.

At Christmas, anything ordered after 1st November can be returned until the end of January. Please contact us for assistance.


If your item develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, please contact us to arrange repair, replacement or a refund. Please visit our contact page ensuring you select ‘Faulty’ from the drop-down menu along with details of the fault plus your order number. Should your order need to be returned, we will arrange collection or compensate for the postage costs. If your order develops a fault after 6 months, we may require an engineer’s report to prove that the fault existed at time of purchase. Any fault that we deem to be caused through misuse or general wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund. In most cases, if your order develops a fault after 6 months, the best option is to contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Damaged in transit

Hopefully your order will arrive in mint condition, but if not, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of delivery to notify us of any damage. Please visit our contact page ensuring you select ‘Returns’ from the drop-down menu, providing your order number and details of the damage.

Received wrong item / not as described

In the event of receiving the wrong item, or something you deem is not as described on the website, please inform us immediately. Mistakes are very rare but sadly do sometime occur and we will act quickly to rectify any mistake by arranging a replacement or full refund.


I have changed my mind, can I return for a refund?
Sure, no problem. You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. However, we have extended this to 28 days to give you maximum time to arrange a return. All unopened items can be returned for a full refund up to 28 days after you receive your order. At Christmas, anything ordered after November 1st can be returned up until the end of January. Buyers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in post.
I have played the game and decided it's not for me, can I return?
Unfortunately, opened/used items cannot be returned unless faulty.
I have returned my order. How long will it take to process my refund?
Upon receipt of your return, we will usually check the product and issue a refund the same day. Refunds will be paid back to the account or card you paid from.
I don't have a printer, can I still return?
Sure. When you contact us we will give you instructions on how to return your order and what you need to do. A printer is not required.
My item is faulty, who will pay return postage?
Don't fear. If your order is faulty, damaged or you have been sent the incorrect item, we will either arrange to have your order collected free of charge, or arrange to reimburse you any return postage
